Life comes first. Health is an integral part of life but we will not sacrifice experiences as a means to save calories. Life is about balance, we will not deprive ourselves of anything. We respect ourselves enough to have the good things in life. However we do acknowledge that good things come in different forms and making sure not to over indulge in the more butter-filled good things is just a part of life.
This blog is about health not being thin. We want to respect ourselves and our bodies. You will never find us putting ourselves or others down. Nobody gets anywhere with negativity. Expect photos of us, maybe to show our progress or an outfit we look FYNE in, but never to put ourselves down.
We love food - this blog is not only about accountability but creativity. A means to share our culinary inventiveness. You will find anything from vegan cuisine, weight watchers recipes or regular ole’ butter and sugar baking for those times when you want to kick it old school.
We will never post our food diaries. Not because we are ashamed of what we intake, but because we are well aware that nobody wants to or will read through a daily post of what we eat. That said we may post things that we said “no” to or just general updates on how our days went food-wise.
